At Himiway, we want you to feel confident in every ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window for electric bikes in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Initiate your return by emailing our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the bike in its original factory box with all components, including the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit, ensuring everything is protected for transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our designated service center, making sure to share the tracking number with us.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the bike for damages or wear, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees to your original payment method within 10 business days.
